Our products are intended for use by professionals, institutions, and laboratories. Not for human use.
You must be of legal age and authorized to purchase and handle laboratory materials in your jurisdiction.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
All prices are shown in the currency in which you are receiving the package. Canadian addresses will populate in CAD, and USA addresses will populate in USD.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders are shipped via reputable carriers.
Title and risk pass to the buyer upon shipment.
Luxara Labs is not responsible for delays or customs issues beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and promptly reporting any delivery concerns.
Any discrepancy involving an order marked as delivered but not received should be reported to Luxara within 48 hours of the carrier's recorded delivery time so that a courier investigation can be initiated while relevant delivery information remains available.
Where a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer, including through tracking records, photographic delivery confirmation, GPS information, signature confirmation, or other carrier documentation where available, the order will generally be considered successfully delivered.
A carrier-confirmed delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement. Luxara may assist the customer in requesting a courier investigation and will review documented evidence indicating that a shipment was misdelivered or otherwise improperly delivered.
Customers are encouraged to check with household members, neighbours, building management, concierge services, parcel lockers, and alternate entrances before reporting a package as missing.
Reports made substantially after the recorded delivery date may limit Luxara's and the carrier's ability to investigate the delivery.
Luxara reserves the right to review delivery disputes individually based on the tracking history, carrier records, delivery confirmation, information supplied by the customer, and any other relevant evidence.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
Refunds may be issued only in cases of incorrect or damaged items, following review and confirmation by our team.
All products are supplied for research and laboratory purposes only.
They must not be used for human or animal testing, consumption, or medical applications.
All products and website content are provided "as is" without any warranty, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
